To put the CAPS Weather Center on your desktop:
  1. Put your cursor on an empty space of your desktop.
  2. Right click and choose New and then Shortcut.
  3. In the Type location box, type http://www.vikingnet.org/capsweathercenter.htm
  4. Click Next and name your shortcut CAPS Weather Center.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. An icon will appear on your desktop. This is a direct link to the CAPS Weather Center. Click the icon and the page will immediately appear.
