The Night of the Walking Cookies
This Choose Your Own Adventure was collaboratively written by students in our class. Read each page then choose where you want the story to go next. There are lots of endings so read it over and over!

You come in to school and its a mess. you find cookie crumbs everywhere. Your only clue is you found cookie crumbs. You are trying to find some more clues but you can't. So you are trying to find some more cookie crumbs and see if it leads you someplace.
you make a list of suspects. Janitor, 2 students or more and teachers. It could be Jenna? It could be Mindy? It could be Jake, Gavin, Kaitlyn, Nadia, or Elisabeth.
you follow crumbs through the room, down the hall and they stop in the middle of the hall. You run down to the other end of the school and there's a trail going into the kindergarten room. Crumbs are everywhere on everything. They are in the sink, on the TV , in the windows, and on the chairs. They lead you to the kitchen and you find the cook held captive.
The investigator sees the cookies and the cookies find him hiding. They all start running after him. You see them running after him and you start running after them too. then you get tired and stop running after them.
you and the inspector walk into the classroom and see a cookie throwing chairs at the wall! you are so stunned you just stand there and watch the cookie! the cookie rapidly drops cookie crumbs and it has arms and feet.. you and the inspector are very suspicious.
you get a wrong number. you get a pizza guy and you wanted an investigator. you wanted the right number but you got the wrong number.
you watch carefully and you see what kids stay after school. the only kids that stay after school are harley, gavin, collin, zach, keisha, and nadia. but you do not know what one made the evil cookies. you hide and spy on them for three weeks. nadia is the first one to leave the group and harley is the only one left.
you look at the film and find out that Mr. finstrom made mischievous cookies to see if the intersession kids could solve the mystery.

they say they are cleaning to you so you stay there spying on Collin. when he thinks you are gone he has 18 cookies in his backpack and they all come out.
you see someone hiding cookies with a sheet, then he picks the sheet up. you see a cookie fall out of the sheet. you go and look at the weird looking cookie. next you eat the cookie. the person comes back from nowhere. he sees a half cookie.
the cookies attack you! you faint. The cookies hold you hostage. you sleep for 10 hours. when you wake up you eat a cookie. 5 cookies attack you. They hold you hostage. You eat the remaining cookies, you save the school!

now, you have to fight it, they are surrounding you. So, you charge toward him but he is much bigger than the other cookies and has a chocolate crown, has more chocolate chips and actually has limbs! So you know into him and he crumbles a little bit, but he is still standing. "He is too strong!" you think. So you see a milk carton , you pick it up , open it and squirt milk at him, part of him falls off! And you do this until he is completely crumbled. And after that the lunch lady walks in with other staff members and stares in awe at you with milk cartons in your hand facing the king cookie. you have saved the school!

you call the pizza store by mistake but it is lunch time for the children so you order a pizza then you call the investigator.
you are running. you are out of breath. you are tired. you see somebody dropping cookie crumbs. you are hiding behind the gym door. you are still running. you suddenly stop and you run out the door. you are funning from some place or some building. you catch the cookie and you call the investigator.
you ask the person, "What are you doing?" and they don't answer you. you ask them again, "collin what are you doing? Why are you hiding the cookie crumbs and the chocolate chips?"

collin j is the cookie controller. the police arrive to tell collin j not to do it again.

you get bored just sitting there so you get up to find a place to hide a hidden camera. you find one place, but its too easy to see. then you find a place to hide it. but it doesn't blend in to it. then you find the very best hiding spot for the camera. the hiding spot was up above the double doors and it's small and it blends right in!
you skip side to sided down the hall to the gym. you follow them in and ask them what they are doing. they say that they are coming to get a broom to help, but you know that they are lying to you.
the evidence is that someone at lunch is opening the lunch box and wow! the cookies pop out of the lunch box. They are big and chewy cookies that run around the whole school! and everybody is running away from them!
you get the wrong number at first then you get the right number second time. Then you talk to the investigator about the problem. then he comes to investigate.
collin showed you he is having cookies for lunch today. so you sit together and all of a sudden a cookie is missing! there is a crumb trail leading to the kitchen. so brendyn follows them. their is a giant cookie! he has legs and arms! he even has a mouth and eyes! brendyn is shocked he is talking to him, the cookie is rolling after him!

you get a phone and call its the investigator. the investigator asks, "what do you need?"
